Early registrations must be made no later than February 8, 2015. Online registration is highly recommended to all participants. Participants who register before February 8, 2015 will benefit from the reduced registration fee. Online registration will be closed on February 13, 2015.

Online Credit Card Payment
- You can pay online with a fully secured e-commerce payment system by selecting "Online Credit Card".

Bank Wire Transfer
- Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail or fax.

Notices
- In the case of short payments, you will be required to pay the balance on-site at the registration desk. Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration (payment).
You may also download the receipt at “My Page” after logging onto the online registration system.

Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
Special software installation is required in order to print out letters.
Please note that the user’s computer may automatically block the viewer program in some cases.
If an error page appears, please contact the Secretariat then we will send you the receipt by email.
